Refund & Return Policy

At Daimokart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care and hygiene products after opening.
  • Innerwear and sanitary products.
  • Food and consumable items.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Gift Cards.
  • Digital Products.
  • Clearance or Sale items (unless damaged).

Our team will review your request within 48 business hours.

Reverse Pickup

Where available, we will arrange a reverse pickup.

If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may need to self-ship the product.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
  • COD orders will be refunded via Bank Transfer or UPI.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged Products

Customers must report damaged products within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
